What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales12@bdiwearparts.com. If your return is accepted, we‘ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Where do you ship?

BDI Wear Parts online store provides shipping to Canada and United States. We are presently unable to ship anywhere else the United States and Canada.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Usually, 1-2 business day to ship your order after placing your order.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us immediately when you receive the wrong item. We will ship the right product to your location.  

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before shipping products, you can cancel your order anytime.

 

How will my shipment arrive?

For shipping within Canada, usually arrive within 10 business day.

For shipping to United States, usually arrive within 14 business day.

 

What shipping carriers do you provide?

For shipping within Canada, usually Canada Post or UPS

For shipping to United States, usually UPS.
